Built for the Office of Cannabis Management's worker training requirement under Minnesota Administrative Rule 9810.1102, this self-paced course gets your staff fully trained and certified in 90 to 120 minutes. Every worker, volunteer, and supervisor at a licensed Minnesota cannabis business needs this annually, and the training has to cover six specific subject areas. We cover all six, plus the worker safety topics under Subpart 3, in a course your team will actually finish.
The training is grounded in the real text of Chapter 342 and the Chapter 9810 rules, with practical scenarios drawn from the dispensary floor, the cultivation facility, the transport route, and the back office. Workers leave knowing how to verify a customer's age the right way, what to do when a recall lands, how to handle a robbery, and where the lines are around customer data, federal law, and employee rights. Each module ends with retention flashcards and a knowledge check, and the course closes with a comprehensive final exam.
